Lowell High School; San Francisco; Saturday, April 24, 2010 The 2010 Mandarin Speech Contest Organizing Committee of the Chinese Language Teachers Association of California (CLTAC) is pleased to announce that the 35th Annual Mandarin Speech Contest of California will be held at Lowell High School, San Francisco, on Saturday, April 24, 2010. Contest rules and application forms are now available for download at the CLTAC website <www.cltac.org>. The application fee is $8.00 per applicant. The deadline for application is March 31, 2010.
