Speech Contest on April 30, 2011 at Lowell High School, San Francisco

Please follow the following steps when you register for the CLTAC Mandarin Speech Contest.

•For Contestants and Instructors
Please review “CLTAC Mandarin Speech Contest Official Rules” and “CLTAC Mandarin Speech Contest Categories”, posted on our website.

• For Contestants
1. Fill out the online registration form on our website. Make sure to choose the right Division, Category and Grade level. Ask your instructor if you are not sure about your
category placement;
2. Print out a copy as your receipt. You will receive an email confirmation from us after we have processed your registration;
3. Send your registration fee ($10) to your instructor, NOT to CLTAC.

• For Instructors
1. Collect registration fees from your students, and write one check to CLTAC;
2. Fill out the “Instructor’s Checklist” and “Student Enrollment Form”;
3. Email the TWO forms to sfsc36@gmail.com, subject: Speech Contest
4. Mail hard copies of the TWO forms along with the check to CLTAC to the address on the forms.
